Victory!! (Knock on Wood)

So, I took the suggestion of one of several trusted advisors and tried winding a bobbin to use on the top thread instead of the large spool  And....it worked!!!  I sewed three pompoms in a row with no thread breakage.  Woohoo!  A lesson I won't soon forget, don't use giant spools on your poor old sewing machine. THANKS everyone!
